The calendar is booked out one year in advance.  If a weekend is booked in the current year, then the current group has the option to book it for the following year.   If they choose to not rebook, then the weekend will be opened up for another group.

Deposits, Balance Due and Cancellations Policy

Retreat Packages and Registration Information

Deposits - 

  • $75 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your reservation. (Effective Jan1, 2022)

 

Balance Due - two months prior to your arrival date guests will be notified of balance due which must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.  


Cancellations - are based on your arrival date

  • made 31 days or more prior to arrival date -  must be in writing.  All monies paid can be applied to future stays within the next 365 days OR a refund may be requested minus the nonrefundable deposit.
  • made between 8 to 30 days prior to arrival date - must be in writing. Refunds minus the nonrefundable deposit will only be made when a replacement is found for the reservation and after payment has been received from the replacement party OR the refund minus the nonrefundable deposit can be applied to a future stay within the next 365 days. A nonrefundable deposit for the rescheduled date just also be paid. If no replacement is found then there is no refund of any monies paid.
  • made 7 days or fewer prior to arrival date are not eligible for refund of any monies paid nor are any monies paid eligible to be applied to a future stay.

     Plus TWO days: Wed-Sun or Thu-Mon (4 nights)

                                  $275 + tax = $290.13

     Extended Stay: Wed-Mon (5 nights)

                                 $300 + tax = $316.50
