We’re so excited to welcome you to Homestead Retreat—a place for creativity, connection, and a little time to unwind.
Reservation
A $75 non-refundable deposit per guest is required.
Many of our weekends fill quickly, so this ensures your space is held just for you and your group.
Payment Schedule
• 50% of your total is due 90 days prior to arrival
• Remaining balance is due 30 days prior
Cancellations
If Plans Change We understand that life happens—especially when planning group retreats.
Our policy is designed to offer flexibility while keeping things fair for all guests:
• 30+ days before your stay: Payments (minus deposit) can be refunded or applied as a credit toward a future visit
• 15–30 days prior: Payments are non-refundable, but may be credited if we’re able to rebook your spot
• 14 days or less: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
You’re always welcome to transfer your spot to a friend (15-30+day notice) —many of our groups find this to be the easiest solution!

Need a sewing machine for the weekend ? You can rent a machine for the weekend. Call in advance to reserve ... rental cost is $25.

The calendar is booked out one year in advance. If a weekend is booked in the current year, then the current group has the option to book it for the following year. If they choose to not rebook, then the weekend will be opened up for another group. To open an unbooked weekend a minimum group size of 5 guests is required,

Standard Retreat Package: Fri-Sun (2 nights)
$190 + tax = $200.45
Plus ONE day: Thu-Sun or Fri-Mon (3 nights)
$245 + tax = $258.48
Plus TWO days: Wed-Sun or Thu-Mon (4 nights)
$275 + tax = $290.13
Extended Stay: Wed-Mon (5 nights)
$300 + tax = $316.50
Extended Stay Plus: Tue - Mon. * New Package *
$320 + tax = $337.60
